U.S. Department of Defense Awards Spacelabs Healthcare $450 Million Contract for Patient Monitoring

Snoqualmie, Wash — December 17, 2018 — Spacelabs Healthcare (“Spacelabs” or the “Company”) today announced that the U.S. government Defense Logistics Agency has selected Spacelabs Healthcare as a prime vendor to provide the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies for patient monitoring, accessories, and training. The contract includes a five-year base contract, renewable through 2028.

The Company is a long-standing supplier to the U.S. Military, beginning with Air Force and NASA contracts in 1958 to support the U.S. Space Program.
