Spacelabs Healthcare Ranks Highest in Overall Service Performance According to the Industry’s Top Independent Survey

IMV Ranks Spacelabs Healthcare Best Overall for Service among Industry Peers for Second Time in Three Years

Jan. 31, 2010 – Spacelabs Healthcare, a pioneer in the field of patient monitoring, announced that the company leads the industry in overall service satisfaction. The 2009 ServiceTrak™ Patient Monitoring Systems survey by market research firm IMV Ltd., found that Spacelabs Healthcare ranks first in the industry in nine performance factors measuring service quality.  Eighty-eight percent of respondents rated Spacelabs overall service performance as either “Very Good or Excellent”.
Spacelabs Healthcare is top-ranked in the Patient Monitoring industry for both Overall Service Performance and Service Performance Relative to Charge. Other specific areas where Spacelabs led the industry were: Sufficiency of Training to Operate & Repair Equipment Diagnosing & Solving Problems by Help Desk (Tech Support), Availability & Value of Replacement parts, and Depot Service and Service Performance Relative to Charge.
