Spacelabs Certified Technical Training
Spacelabs Healthcare has designed our Certified Technical Training courses to be flexible and of maximum use to you. By structuring our training this way, we provide each of our Field Service Engineers with the appropriate level of training to meet your service needs and more importantly this also enables us to train your staff to provide the precise level of in-house service that you require. Each Spacelabs Certified Technical Training course will comprise three key categories:
Level 1 - Product Operation
Identifying and rectifying user error and accessory/consumable failures
Level 2 - Preventative Maintenance
Meeting routine maintenance requirements
Level 3 - Corrective Maintenance
Identifying and rectifying product failures
