High-performance telemetry monitoring is assured with Spacelabs Healthcare digital transmitters, which are available in a wide range of frequency bands. (See table below.) Our wireless medical telemetry service gives you more choices, reducing the chance of interference and assuring uninterrupted monitoring.
Our transmitters offer single- or multiple-lead transmission and a choice of ECG only or ECG plus pulse oximetry monitoring to enable ambulatory monitoring of more patients with more conditions. And, you can add noninvasive blood pressure with full trending by connecting the multiparameter transmitter with the patient-worn Ultralite ABP monitor.
Three levels of ECG arrhythmia monitoring are available and can be combined with ST segment analysis with ST trending.
- Level one provides alarms for life-threatening arrhythmias.
- Level two adds alarms and trends for abnormal beats and runs.
- Level three expands arrhythmia classifications and morphology review.
Alarms and arrhythmia analysis are activated upon connection – you don’t have to admit a patient to the central station to begin monitoring. All data are transmitted to the central and to the available ICS HL7 interface.
Knowing that patient comfort is a priority, our digital transmitters are compact, lightweight, and water-resistant, yet durable enough to withstand the rigors of ambulatory monitoring.
