Deepak Chopra

Deepak Chopra, our Chief Executive Officer, is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of our parent company, OSI Systems, Inc. From 1976 to 1979 and from 1980 to 1987, Mr. Chopra held various positions with ILC Technology, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of lighting products, including serving as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer of its United Detector Technology division. Mr. Chopra has also held various positions with Intel Corporation, TRW Semiconductors and RCA Semiconductors. Mr. Chopra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and a Master of Science degree in Semiconductor Electronics.

Joseph Davin

Mr. Davin joined Spacelabs Healthcare as Vice President, General manager North America in 2004, served as President, Global Sales and Marketing from 2004 to 2006, and served as Group President, North America Operations from 2006 to 2009 when he was named Co-Group President. Between 2000 and 2002, Mr. Davin served as the General Manager, Critical and Emergency Care for Datex-Ohmeda, North America. Mr. Davin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.

Victor Sze

Mr. Sze, our Company Secretary and General Counsel, is also Executive Vice President and General Counsel of our parent company, OSI Systems, Inc. From 1999 through November 2001, Mr. Sze served as in-house counsel to Interplay Entertainment Corp., a developer and worldwide publisher of interactive entertainment software, holding the title of Director of Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Interplay Entertainment Corp., Mr. Sze practiced law with the firm of Wolf, Rifkin & Shapiro in Los Angeles. Mr. Sze holds a Bachelor or Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a juris doctorate from Loyola Law School.

Alan Edrick

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Edrick, our Chief Financial Officer is also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of our parent company, OSI Systems, Inc. Mr. Edrick has more than two decades of financial management and public accounting experience, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial planning and analysis and regulatory compliance. Between 2004 and 2006, Mr. Edrick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BioSource International, Inc, a biotechnology company, until its sale to Invitrogen Corporation. Between 1998 and 2004, Mr. Edrick served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of North American Scientific, Inc., a medical device and specialty pharmaceutical company. Between 1989 and 1998, Mr. Edrick was employed by Price Waterhouse LLP in various positions including Senior Manager, Capital Markets. Mr. Edrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Nicholas Ong

Mr. Ong is responsible for Research & Development for all businesses and product lines globally. He is also responsilbe for the sales, marketing, service and customer support teams for the Asia/Pacific, India and Latin America channels. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Ong was responsible for the Anesthesia Delivery & Ventilation product group and Spacelabs Medical strategic marketing and business development. He has 19 years of experience in the diagnostics and medical equipment industry. Mr. Ong holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Henley Management College in the UK.
