Spacelabs Telemetry Monitors Again Rank #1

Issaquah, Wash., April 15, 2010 – According to MD Buyline’s April 2010 report, telemetry monitors from Spacelabs Healthcare have again earned the highest customer satisfaction rating, compared with scores from users of eight competing telemetry suppliers. In this most recent survey, Spacelabs ranks highest in all categories; System Performance, System Reliability, Installation/Implementation, Applications Training, Service Response Time and Service Repair Quality.

“The most important measure of our success is how well we serve our customers,” said Joe Davin, Group President at Spacelabs Healthcare. “Consistently achieving this top ranking clearly indicates that our continued emphasis on quality has earned the recognition of our customers.”

Spacelabs Healthcare pioneered telemetry in 1958 when tasked with monitoring the vital signs of NASA’s Gemini astronauts, and then was first to introduce telemetry to hospitals. Today, hospitals around the world depend on Spacelabs Healthcare’s telemetry for continuous, reliable monitoring of ambulatory patients.
